The preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) is an assessment given to 10th and 11th grade students that is designed to help prepare them for the SAT, college, and careers. Students who take the PSAT/NMSQT in 11th grade typically may enter the National Merit Scholarship Program, an academic competition for recognition and scholarships. All students who take the PSAN/NMSQT receive free, personalized online SAT practice based on their test results. Students can access free, personalized SAT practice anytime, anywhere at satprractice.org.
Who: Any 10th and 11th grade student that is interested (not mandatory)
Where: At AC Room 402
When: Wednesday, October 25, 2017, Periods 2-5
Scholarships: Used by scholarship programs, including the National Merit® Scholarship Program, to look for eligible students.
