First Day of School
The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
School begins at 8:35 AM and dismisses at 3:15 PM. 2025/2026 School Calendar (click)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM
Wednesday (Late Start): 8:35 AM – 3:15 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Doors open at 7:00 AM daily.
Breakfast begins at 7:10 AM (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri) and 7:30 AM on Wednesdays.
PowerSchool Forms – Due by September 1st
All families must log into PowerSchool and complete the required student forms by September 1, 2025.
Click the “Forms” tab on the left-hand menu and submit one for each student.
New families: Please contact the school for your login credentials.
Forms are also available through the PowerSchool app.

Communication Tools
BrightArrow will continue to be used for school-wide and district announcements.
SportsYou will be used by classroom teachers to share important classroom news and updates. Teachers will provide join instructions at the beginning of the year.

Please be sure to complete a Free & Reduced Meal Application if you think your family may qualify. These will be available at Open House.
After-School Snacks: Grab-and-go snacks are available for purchase after school at $1.30. These are charged through the school lunch account. Please discuss with your child whether they are permitted to buy snacks.
Morning Drop-Off Procedures
Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and their siblings: Use the south circle drive. Kindergarten students report directly to the Kindergarten Pod for supervised exploration time.
Grades 2–6: Drop off at the main (west) entrance. Students report to the gym or cafeteria.
Dismissal & Pick-Up
Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and siblings: Pick up at the south circle drive.
Grades 2–6: Dismissed from the main (west) entrance.
Older siblings will join younger ones at their pickup location.
To avoid traffic congestion, consider arriving between 3:30–3:40 PM for pick-up.
Late Arrivals & Early Pick-Ups
If your child is arriving after 8:00 AM or leaving early, they must be signed in/out by a parent or guardian at the front office.
Tardy Policy
Being on time is an important part of leveling up in life and school.
More than 5 tardies/semester: Lunch detention will be assigned.
At 10 tardies/semester: A parent-student-administrator meeting will be held.
At 20 tardies/semester: A new attendance plan will be developed, which may include community referrals.
After-School Program
Study hall is available daily from 3:15–3:45 PM for students needing academic support.
Students still on campus after 3:45 PM will transition to the YMCA After-School Program, which is parent-paid.

Open House Night
Join us for Open House on Tuesday, August 12th, from 4:00–7:00 PM!
Visit your child’s classroom, drop off school supplies, and take “Back to School” photos. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible PTO for hosting the AquaCourt event — it was a fantastic night with over 500 students and family members in attendance! The PTO will also have a limited supply of yearbooks available for purchase during Open House. If you pre-ordered a yearbook, be sure to stop by their table to pick it up.
