Picking the right file
Which format?
- JPG — background baked in. Easiest for Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint and email.
- PNG — transparent background. Use when the logo sits on a color, a photo or a colored slide.
- Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) — scales to any size without blurring. Send these to sign shops, screen printers and embroiderers.
House rules
- Match the file to its background. Every mark above is labeled with the ground it was drawn for.
- Don't stretch, recolor, rotate, add effects to or redraw any mark.
- Leave clear space around the logo — at least the height of the "A".
- The program lockup is a template. Set your team name in it; don't rebuild it.
- Need something that isn't here? Ask the district office rather than editing a file.
