Using the district mark
Which format?
- JPG — white background baked in. Easiest for Word, Google Docs and email.
- PNG — transparent. Use on a color, a photo, or a colored slide.
- Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) — scales to any size. Send these to sign shops and printers. Each package holds both CMYK and spot-color builds.
House rules
- Use the approved master art only — never redraw or rebuild the mark.
- Leave clear space of at least ¼ the cap height of the wordmark on all sides.
- Reverse to white on backgrounds above 50% gray value; use black below it.
- Never distort, recolor, or apply patterns or effects to the mark.
- Avoid busy or high-contrast backgrounds that hurt legibility.
